OUR STORY

Two Guys Who Decided to Do It Right

Nathan Lambright and Calvin Jones didn't start Bright HVAC LLC because they saw a market opportunity. They started it because they'd both seen too many homeowners get burned by HVAC companies that were more interested in upselling than actually solving problems.

Between them, they had the technical background, the work ethic, and a shared belief that a local HVAC company could be built on something simple: show up when you say you will, fix what's actually broken, and charge a fair price. That's it.

Since opening in 2024, Bright HVAC LLC has grown from a two-man operation to a fleet of trucks serving homeowners across Central Arkansas — from Sherwood and North Little Rock to Little Rock, Jacksonville, Cabot, and beyond.

Nathan and Calvin are still hands-on. They know their customers by name. They answer the phone. And they're building the kind of company they'd want to call if it was their own house.
